Prof. A. P. Rao, former Director of Extension at Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology, has an extensive 38-year career in teaching, research, and agricultural extension. He notably managed 25 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) during his tenure, contributing to their national recognition through numerous awards. A prolific author, Dr. Rao has written eight books and published over 200 research papers in both national and international journals. His contributions have significantly advanced agricultural education and outreach in India.
